How do they know?

We recently gave Adam his first Oreo cookie. He's not much of a sweets eater, so we didn't think he'd even try it, much less eat the whole thing. We were both thinking he'd probably just bite into the whole thing, but NOPE. He pulled the two cookies apart and started licking out the inside! JUST LIKE ME! Can the way a person eats an oreo be pre-genetically determined?

A few hubsservations

So today, while my kid was napping (yay for napping!) - I was catching up on work stuff and making phone calls, and my cell phone kept beeping with texts, but I didn't have time to see who it was or answer back right away. About an hour later, I checked my phone and found a series of texts from Hubs:

Text #1 - "I decided to eat lunch at Hometown Buffet. We need to start a website called "People of Hometown"
(this is in reference to the website...people of walmart...if you haven't seen it yet - google and witness the freakfest for yourself)

Text #2 - "Just heard a guy say he wished he was a cow so he had another stomach so he could eat more...all while wearing a shirt that says "girls find me sexy".

Text #3 - "A busload of Asians just showed up"

Text #4 - "I've never seen so many cameras"

Text #5 - "I came up with a new motto for Hometown - "Where you are most likely not as ugly as the person at the next table, but if you are, you can stuff your sorrows with crappy food"

Yes folks, this is what hubs is doing while I'm hard at work. Also, please note that he made fun of the people eating at Hometown Buffet, while...oh yeah...he was eating at hometown buffet!
